These terms apply when you use nbt-official.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. PRE-LAUNCH WEBSITE
This is a pre-launch brand and early-access website. It does not currently offer purchases, payments, checkout or guaranteed product allocation. Joining the interest list does not create an order, reservation or right to buy a garment.
3. DROP INFORMATION
Drop 001 information is provided for launch interest. Availability, launch timing and final product information may change before release. Any future sale will be subject to separate sale terms and rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to abuse the enquiry form.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NBT name, campaign material, designs, text, photographs and other website content are owned by or licensed to NBT. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce or exploit the content without written permission.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw website content where reasonably necessary.
